Bike rider spot dead in road accident at Bhaga

Yet another deadly road accident occured today in Cachar district. One KTM bike rider lost his life on the spot owing to severe injuries. The accident took place when the KTM bike and a cargo vehicle collided head on with each other. The young man named Amrul Hussain died on the spot.

According to the details of the accident, Hussain, a resident of Bhaga’s Rajghat, was going towards Bhaga Bazar on National Highway 306 with his KTM bike at around 4 pm on Friday. A cargo vehicle was speeding in the opposite direction when both of them collided head-on in front of Bhaga Byambidyapith High School. Biker rider Amrul Hussain died on the spot due to the impact of the collision.

According to eyewitnesses, Amrul was speeding with his KTM bike and collided head-on with a cargo vehicle coming from the front as he was trying to overtake a lorry loaded with goods. The number of the cargo vehicle is As 11 HC 1488.

Upon receiving the news, police immediately rushed to the spot and recovered the dead body. The body was later sent to Silchar Medical College Hospital for autopsy. This tragic accident has once again cast a shadow of mourning over the area.
