Missing Janiganj businessman Abhijit (Sayan) Paul found in Guwahati

As a mystery, on Tuesday night, Janiganj’s Abhijit Paul, popularly known as Sayan went missing while returning home. As always he had shut his shop in the night but since then his family or friends could not locate him. Sayan Paul, son of Ranjit Paul the proprietor of Kunjabihari Paul a utensils shop in Janiganj. 

Last night, 35-year-old Sayan Paul himself called his family and informed that he is somewhere in Guwahati. A family member speaking with Barak Bulletin said, “Last night he called us and said he is in Guwahati and we must come and take him back. He said he could not recall how he reached Guwahati.”

The family member confirmed that Sayan Paul is fine and they have already reached the state capital and met him. “We are not asking him much about what happened. He himself is shocked that he reached Guwahati,” added the family member. 

Sayan Paul was undergoing certain medication and the family member speaking with Barak Bulletin correspondent said it is possible that one of the medicines reacted. “Whatever it is, we are not digging into it much at this stage. We are happy that we have got our family member back and we will now head back home,” the family member concluded.
