"Where is Bae", "Koi Bae" posters across Silchar awakens top brass of Cachar Police at midnight

In a strange turn of affairs, unidentified individuals or groups went on a midnight mischief. At the heart of Silchar town, people noticed “Where is Bae” and “Koi Bae”, “Ke Bae” posters stuck to the walls. The mischief has been performed in secured and important zones where sticking bills on walls is strictly prohibited. Walls of Circuit House among many other such zones have Bae posters stuck with adhesive.

Cachar Police took note of the unusual chain of events and in fact, Cachar Police Superintendent Numal Mahatta himself stepped out of his bungalow to take cognisance of the posters. A sizeable number of Police officials have been spotted on the road on a look out for the people behind this mischief.

While the Police remains awake to solve the mystery, here is what Bae means. “BAE stands for Before Anyone Else is a slang term used to refer to a person’s romantic partner, boyfriend, girlfriend or spouse. However, it can be used to refer to the most important person in a person’s life.”
